Hi, I'm Ye Qing!

Ye Qing Jiang is a communications strategist, facilitator, and creative based in Seattle. They lead communications at Collective Justice and Look2Justice, where they build campaigns and narratives that center incarcerated and system-impacted leaders, grow public understanding, and move communities toward justice.

YQ’s work lives at the crossroads of storytelling and organizing. They’ve shaped projects like Ending Isolation: The Case Against Solitary Confinement and Life in the Hole: A Compilation Zine, blending design, writing, and media strategy to bring powerful stories to broader audiences. Their approach is equal parts technical skill and heart-driven collaboration—making sure that complex ideas land in ways that feel human, accessible, and rooted in values.

As a facilitator, YQ has worked with survivors, BIPOC femmes, and unhoused communities, creating spaces that are trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and grounded in care. They bring a mix of strategy and creativity to their leadership, balancing clarity and structure with adaptability and warmth.

At the center of it all, YQ is committed to using communications and design to advance equity, healing, and collective liberation.
